Why Use a NARPM Member for Property ManagementAre you considering renting out your vacant home, but don’t want the hassle that comes with collecting rent? Are you insecure not knowing what is going on with your money before it hits your bank account? If either of these issues are keeping you from using a property management company, check out BMG Rentals and their awesome system, which looks out for the owners needs by making the rent collection process care-free, and keeps the owner informed of where their money is during the month.  Our management team adheres to the code of ethics, has served in many positions including Chapter President, Treasurer, and other volunteer opportunities and attend multiple training events every year.


How do we pay owners? We collect all payments from the tenant. Each month the owner will receive a detailed statement that accounts for all payments and expenses on their property. All rents and other payments are deposited into a trust account. We will deduct our management fee and any other expenses that have been authorized and send the balance to you. We post statements and process payments each month. Payments are sent to owners by direct deposit and statements are sent by e-mail and/or accessed through your web portal. Owners can access custom reports and previous statements anytime online.
