After you've clicked on the property you have interest in - If you like what you are seeing and want to schedule an on-site personal showing at the rental property with one of our agents, just click the "Schedule Viewing" button. Then complete the questions and pick a time that works for your schedule!
Required Information to Apply: (a.) Government issued ID (b.) Pay stubs from last 90 days (or 2 years personal tax returns if self-employed) (c.) Pet application if pet(s) are included in the household (d.) Landlord contact info for immediate current/previous landlord (e.) $50 application fee for each person over 18.
Common Reasons to be Declined: Incomplete application, evictions or collections from landlords or utilities, insufficient income (the combined gross income of all persons living in the rental needs to be 3 times the monthly rental rate), unsatisfactory references, and non-discharged bankruptcies. A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00.
Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 14 days of the expected availability date.
Pet Policy: Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and $25 monthly pet inspection fee. Breed restrictions apply and can weigh no more than 20 lbs. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
