Business Development Manager - Utah

Alexis joined the HomeRiver team, dedicated to growing positive investor relationships with 5 years of business development experience supporting government planning and infrastructure.

Alexis’ focus is to go above and beyond for each client and will attack any challenge, full steam ahead! Alexis attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising receiving her degree in Marketing and is now excitedly working toward her real estate license. She’s worked and resided throughout the US, but chose to settle down in her absolute favorite place, Salt Lake City.

Alexis enjoys camping trips, a great cup of coffee, Utah winters, motorcycle rides and (all things) art.

Marshal Wiscombe

Marshal Wiscombe is the Director of Property Management for the Utah and Idaho markets at HomeRiver Group. With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, Marshal holds various certifications in rental law and regulations and serves as our Utah Principal Broker. He is a dedicated member of both the Utah Apartment Association (UAA) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Born and raised in Utah, Marshal has a deep connection to the local community and prides himself on delivering exceptional service and support.

His professional journey began at a young age, inspired by his father’s rental property business, shaping his approach to effective property management. Outside of work, Marshal is passionate about teaching history, enjoys following NBA games, and loves exploring the outdoors.
