What is the Renter Tools app?

The Renter Tools app is a way for our tenants and prospective clients to easily access forms and submit requests all from their phone. There is no need to access our website and spend time searching for the form or document you need. Just open the app that is installed on your iPhone, open the desired document, fill it out, and submit! It is currently only accessible by iPhone owners, but we are rapidly working on an Android friendly app as well. From the application, you can do things such as:

• Document any pre-occupancy damage by submitting a Move-In Checklist
• Submit a service request
• Submit your income verification to complete your application process
• Take photo documentation of any damage or service needed

I like it! How do I get it?

Follow these steps to install the Renter Tools app:

1. Go to your app store and search: Renter Tools
2. Select and install the application
3. Once installed, open the application and use the password: parkplaceid
4. Input your renter information and you're finished!

Now you're ready to access and submit any forms you want!
